Thorn Tree School is a private educational institution located in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County, Kenya, founded in 1993 by the late Madam Margaret Kashonga. Starting with just one student, the school has grown significantly to become one of the largest and most successful private schools in the Rift Valley region. The school offers a comprehensive educational program from Playgroup and Baby Class through Primary School (Grade 1-6) and Junior School (Grades 7-9), following the Competency Based Curriculum (CBE).
