About Kenya Association of International Schools (KAIS)
The Kenya Association of International Schools (KAIS) is a membership association representing over 45 international schools in Kenya. With more than 12 years of operation, KAIS serves as an advocacy link between international schools and the government, currently providing education to over 20,000 students from diverse backgrounds including Kenya, African diaspora, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. The association champions excellence in education while promoting holistic growth through academics, sports, and the arts. KAIS organizes comprehensive interscholastic activities through KAISSO, creates awareness and advocates for children's rights through CPAN, and provides continuous professional development opportunities for its members. The association represents schools across 9 counties in Kenya and focuses on integrating digital skills into school curricula.
