About Eldoret Technical Training institute
Eldoret Technical Training Institute (ETTI) is a private tertiary educational institution established in 2009 with accreditation from Kenya's Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology since 2011. The institute aims to provide innovative, high-quality education with state-of-the-art facilities across multiple technical and vocational disciplines. ETTI serves approximately 4,600 students across campuses in Eldoret and Lodwar, organized into seven schools: Business, Engineering, Social Science, Health Science, Applied Science, Agriculture and Animal Health. These schools encompass fourteen departments including Information Communication Technology, Business and Commerce, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Building Sciences, Tourism and Hospitality, Fashion Design, and Medical Health Sciences. The institute emphasizes preparing students for careers, responsible citizenship, and lifelong learning through a comprehensive educational approach that includes academic programs, student welfare services, clubs, and sports activities. ETTI reports strong academic performance with a 78% average in national KNEC examinations.
